Absolutely horrible! I went in to get a cleaning and ended up with a tooth pulled and one silver capped. Now my gums bleed all the time which they didn't do before and the silver capped tooth is extremely sensitive. The receptionists are extremely rude and always have mean looks on their faces and the last time I went for them to fix what the messed up the first time I sat in the waiting room for almost two hours just waiting to be called back. I ended up getting up and walking out. Worst dentist I've ever been too.
Felt that I received excellent advice on some dental issues that I had. Referred to an oral surgeon and now I have all my dental care by Dr Wilkerson. The office is clean and the staff are always helpful and professional in their care. Very pleased.
Dr groover was very rude
My kids see Dr. Grover and I really like him and his staff. It's usually very easy to get an appointment, they are great with kids, and comfort is always a priority. The office is lovely and seems very well equipped and maintained. We will be seeing Dr. Grover and his wonderful nurses for a long time!
What a nice atmosphere, what an excellent staff. They were helpful and informative from the minute I arrived. When an additional procedure was recommended, I was told beforehand how much my insurance covered, what the total cost was, and how much my part would be, allowing me to make a decision without having to guess. Dr. Wilkerson has a nice, soft touch. On my next visit, I was offered several times from which to choose. I'll definitely go back.
