A phone call to "scheduling" concluded that there are no "red flags" and we can be seen immediately at the Rolla office by people who know how to do their jobs.
The facility manager was clueless and had to leave the room to verify the misinformation and then came back to reiterate that we would not be seen and still seemed unsure of her stance. Not once did the doctor come in to explain things, which may be company policy, but she didn't know what she was talking about to begin with. The situation wasn't handled professionally at all. Operating under hearsay makes this place appear even more unprofessional.
After finally getting an appointment at this "part-time" facility and waiting for over 45 minutes my family was then refused service due to "red flags" in the system. As it turns out, the physician either misinterpreted the data and/or brazenly lied after the fact but out of the three people I had to deal with nobody could admit that a mistake had been made.
