Very Friendly, comfortable waiting area (with free snacks), and the best oil change package I have seen. I also had to get my truck repaired after hitting a deer. The body shop was great! Done when they said it would be, new panels and paint were perfect, and no hidden costs.

If you buy a car from here do not buy an extended warrenty hutcheson ford will not stand behind it. I purchased a $2000 bumper to bumper warrenty and i was told it would not cover general maintenance (brakes, oil changes ect.) So when I did have a problem I took it to them and they diagnosed thr problem as the heater core and flushing it ($200) would be a "bandaid fix," but they had advised me that it would need to be replaced. With that being said he also said that replacing the heater core is general maintenance. We all know a heater core is Not! General maintenance. And now that my warranties almost up they refuse to stand behind it. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM! I highly advise you to go to sakalaris ford in rolla.
